At 130,000 sq. ft., Ironhill needed cohesion more than ornament. We were onboarded to shape the furniture direction, lighting strategy, and layout—elements that would anchor the vastness and guide how the space is experienced. Tropical-inspired furniture grounds the scale with warm, organic forms, while lighting defines mood and movement across architecture and landscape.

The result is a diverse environment held together by a single rhythm: multiple zones, one character—where the space doesn’t just host people, but connects them.
