Bridging Vision to Reality — from Design Alignment to Technical Resolution

Set across the rooftops of three independent buildings, Pangeo required a design-led approach to align spatial ambition with technical realities. Our role focused on quality control through interpretation—refining material strategies, addressing cost implications, and translating structural constraints into informed design decisions. By engaging closely with load behaviour, wind forces, and height limitations, viable solutions emerged that clarified intent, enabled approvals, and allowed the architecture to progress with confidence and coherence.
